  • Full Moon Meditation & Sound Bath

    A monthly offering of a full moon guided meditation and sound bath. Clear space to connect to yourself and the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle.

    This 60-minute Full Moon guided meditation bathed in sound is designed to connect you to the rhythms of the moon and connect to its healing energy.  You will be guided through a meditation that helps calm your nervous system and release negative emotions as you experience the sound of crystal singing bowls and drums loosening your muscles, washing away tension, and stress. The class can leave you feeling grounded, at peace, with a healthy sense of well-being.

We'll explore what it means to find our roots, our place "in the family of things," through grounding meditation, discussion, and earth-connected asana. Perfect for anyone seeking stability in uncertain times or wanting to deepen their connection to the natural world.


    Oct 19th: The Flow of Impermanence
    Dance with life's constant changes through ancient wisdom on impermanence. Drawing from Buddhist and Taoist teachings, we'll practice embracing the flow of life through breath-centered meditation, journal prompts, discussion, and fluid movement. Ideal for those navigating transitions or learning to let go with grace.


    Nov 30th: The Fire of Transformation
    Ignite your authentic self through mystical poetry and heart-opening practice. We'll explore Rumi's teachings on inner fire and transformation, cultivating courage through heart-centered meditation, conversation, and dynamic movement. Perfect for anyone ready to shed what no longer serves and step into their truth.


    Dec 14th: The Return to Wholeness
    Integrate wisdom into wholeness as we complete our journey together. Through teachings on unity and interconnection, we'll weave together all we've learned with loving-kindness meditation, discussion prompts, ritual, and a full-body integration flow. A beautiful culmination for those seeking to embody their spiritual insights.

    Are you curious how using props can benefit your practice? In this workshop we will incorporate a variety of props to help enhance your practice, increase accessibility, stability and ease…and deepen understanding of the poses for all levels.

    Mimi Ray has studied yoga for decades and is truly exceptional at fitting technique suggestions to individual students’ needs. In this workshop, student will receive specific, personalized recommendations for incorporating blocks, bolsters and blankets into their practice.

    Ready to take flight? Join us for a fun and empowering workshop focused on arm balances that build strength, confidence, and a sense of play. We’ll break down the foundations of key poses like:

    - Crow (Bakasana)

    - Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana)

    - Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana

    with options for different variations, transitions, and levels of challenge.

    This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about arm balancing, whether you're just learning to lift off or looking to refine your technique.
